  • TPS62180YZFR 4-V to 15-V

    TPS62180YZFR 4-V to 15-V

TPS62180YZFR  4-V to 15-V, 6-A synchronous buck converter with power good, 1% accuracy, and adjustable soft start

The TPS6218x is a synchronous dual-phase step-down DC-DC converter for low profile powerrails. It operates with two identical, current balanced phases that are peak current controlledenabling use in height limited applications.

With a wide operating input voltage range of 4 V to 15 V, the device is ideally suitedfor systems powered from multi-cell Li-Ion batteries or 12-V rails. The output current of 6 A iscontinuously provided by two phases of 3 A each, allowing the use of low profile externalcomponents. The phases operate out of phase, reducing switching noise significantly.

The TPS6218x automatically enters Power Save Mode to maintain high efficiency down tovery light loads. It also incorporates an AutomaticEfficiency Enhancement(AEE™) for theentire duty cycle range.

The device features a Power Good signal, as well as an adjustable soft start. Thequiescent current is typically 28 µA, it is able to run in 100% mode, and it has no duty cyclelimitation even at lowest output voltage.

The TPS6218x, available in adjustable and fixed output voltage options, is packaged in asmall 24-bump, 0.5 mm pitch DSBGA package.

  • TLV2211CDBVR with high output current (10 mA)

TLV2211CDBVR with high output current (10 mA)

TLV2211CDBVR  Single, 10-V, 65-kHz operational amplifier with high output current (10 mA)

The TLV2211 is a single low-voltage operational amplifier available in the SOT-23 package. It consumes only 11 µA (typ) of supply current and is ideal for battery-power applications. The TLV2211 has a 3-V noise level of 22 nV/Hz at 1kHz; 5 times lower than competitive SOT-23 micropower solutions. The device exhibits rail-to-rail output performance for increased dynamic range in single- or split-supply applications. The TLV2211 is fully characterized at 3 V and 5 V and is optimized for low-voltage applications.

The TLV2211, exhibiting high input impedance and low noise, is excellent for small-signal conditioning for high-impedance sources, such as piezoelectric transducers. Because of the micropower dissipation levels combined with 3-V operation, these devices work well in hand-held monitoring and remote-sensing applications. In addition, the rail-to-rail output feature with single or split supplies makes this family a great choice when interfacing with analog-to-digital converters (ADCs).

  • TPS259573DSGR 2.7-V to 18-V with over voltage protection

TPS259573DSGR 2.7-V to 18-V with over voltage protection

TPS259573DSGR  2.7-V to 18-V, 34mΩ, 0.5-4A eFuse with over voltage protection in small WSON package

The TPS2595xx family of eFuses (integrated FET hot swap devices) is a highly integratedcircuit protection and power management solution in a small package. The devices provide multipleprotection modes using very few external components and are a robust defense against overloads, short circuits, voltage surges, and excessive inrush current.

Output current limit level can be set with a single external resistor. It is alsopossible to get an accurate sense of the output load current by measuring the voltage drop acrossthe current limit resistor. Applications with particular inrush current requirements can set theoutput slew rate with a single external capacitor. Overvoltage events are quickly limited byinternal clamping circuits to a safe fixed maximum, with no external components required. TheTPS259573 variant provides an option to set a user-defined overvoltage cutoff threshold.

Quick output discharge function can be implemented in the TPS2595x5 variants byconnecting the OUT pin to the QOD pin.

The devices are characterized for operation over the temperature range of –40°C to+125°C.

  • TPS54560BQDDARQ1 SOP-8 Electronic components integrated circuit Voltage regulator

TPS54560BQDDARQ1 SOP-8 Electronic components integrated circuit Voltage regulator

    TPS54560BQDDARQ1
    ACTIVE
    4.5V to 60V Input, 5A, Step-Down DC-DC Converter with Eco-mode™

The TPS54560B-Q1 is a 60 V, 5 A, step down regulator with an integrated high side MOSFET. The device survives load dump pulses up to 65V per ISO 7637. Current mode control provides simple external compensation and flexible component selection. A low ripple pulse skip mode reduces the no load supply current to 146 µA. Shutdown supply current is reduced to 2 µA when the enable pin is pulled low.

Undervoltage lockout is internally set at 4.3 V but can be increased using the enable pin. The output voltage start up ramp is internally controlled to provide a controlled start up and eliminate overshoot.

A wide switching frequency range allows either efficiency or external component size to be optimized. Output current is limited cycle-by-cycle. Frequency foldback and thermal shutdown protects internal and external components during an overload condition.

The TPS54560B-Q1 is available in an 8-terminal thermally enhanced HSOP PowerPAD™ package.
